Climate Savvy Philanthropy: A Workshop for the MAC Philanthropies
December 15-16, 2011 • Eden Prairie, MN • MAC Philanthropies Headquarters
Overview
This workshop is designed to guide foundation staff through a process to
learn more about climate-savvy philanthropy by exploring their current work and how it relates to long-term organizational and programmatic objectives. At the end of the process, you will have access to more tools and possess greater understanding of what you can do to increase the likelihood of achieving success given the reality of climate change. We encourage you to participate fully in order to get the most out of the experience. Climate change adaptation is not a spectator sport and this workshop should not be viewed as a presentation.
